What are you trying to do?
Start with the sales outcome. The toolkit recommends prompts across the sales cycle rather than forcing you to know where the answer lives.
Not sure which prompt you need?
A short guided conversation recommends a strong starting point and carries your answers into the builder.
Ask me what you need
Answer four short questions about your goal, where you are in the sale, the opportunity and what information you have. The toolkit recommends the most relevant prompts and pre-fills the builder.
- Choose the sales outcome.
- Pick the sales stage and DWS offering.
- Describe the opportunity or question.
- Tell us what information you have.
- Open a recommended guided prompt.
Sell by DWS offering
Pick an offering to see what DWS delivers, the client pains it solves, the value levers — and the prompts that sell it. Your offering focus carries into every prompt you build.

Sales AI Coach
Short, practical guidance for getting client-ready output from Copilot or ChatGPT — without prompt-engineering jargon.
1 · Give the AI a sales job
“Write an email” is weak. “Act as a DWS account executive writing to a retail CIO who is struggling with slow device onboarding across 120 stores” gives it a role, a reader and a problem.
2 · Feed it the client, not just the topic
In Microsoft 365 Copilot, point it at the real thing: type / to reference the client email thread, meeting recap or RFP file. Otherwise paste discovery notes or Value Insights output. Generic in, generic out.
3 · Keep DWS claims honest
Tell it which DWS capabilities are in scope and forbid invented references, SLAs, certifications or pricing. One false claim costs more credibility than ten good paragraphs earn.
4 · Make assumptions visible
Ask it to separate client facts from assumptions. Every value number should show its formula and inputs — clients (and CFOs) will ask.
5 · Ask it to challenge you
Have it play the sceptical CIO, the procurement lead or the competitor. Better to hear the hard question from Copilot than in the meeting.
6 · End with a next step
Every output should advance the deal: a meeting ask, a mutual action plan, a discovery question. Then review before you send — you own what goes to the client.
Before and after
The difference between asking for content and asking for a client-specific, credible sales output.
Weak
Write an email to a customer about Intune.
Better
Act as an NTT DATA DWS account executive. Write a 110-word email to the Head of End-User Computing at a 6,000-user insurer who told us new-joiner laptops take 3 days to build and patch compliance is at 70%. Position a move from SCCM imaging to Intune + Autopilot as faster onboarding and better compliance. Use only the facts I've given; do not invent client results or statistics. End with a request for a 30-minute device-estate review next week, and give two subject line options.
